At We London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty items, provided they meet our return conditions.

How to Return

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns must be sent via postal mail.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue. In cases of shipping damage, we will cover the return costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Heavily used items or items no longer in a resaleable condition

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us in advance.

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers must arrange their own return label
  • No restocking fees apply
